Put On Events aims to make on-site event stress free for Property managers to organize. We have organized resident events for Residential and Commercial properties.

The booking process is as easy -picking which event you want to host, -the time and date and done!
The host for your event will arrive with all the supplies needed!

We’ve hosted events in the community lounge, game room, theater space, patio deck, and more! Let us help you design the best set up for the event!

Officially established in 2020, Tyler has been working with apartment communities and startup companies to bring onsite comedy shows to their door since 2015*.
They brought shows to apartment buildings in Chicago, which led to being asked to perform at the Lincoln Property Company Leadership Summit in 2018.
Tyler has also worked with companies such as AT&T, Xfinity, Kenna Security , to name a few.

In 2022, Put on Events organized 90 events with 64 properties across 17 states.

Tyler Ross: Founder/Host/Performer

Tyler is a fan of delicious BBQ and tacos. He also loves putting a smile on strangers faces. Tyler started performing stand up in 2010 while attending Kent State University, regularly hosting the on campus comedy shows. Once in Chicago, Tyler began performing at top comedy clubs around the city and country. He has also been hired by companies for their company events- American Institute of Architecture (Akron), Duane Morris (Chicago), Kenna Security and Lincoln Property Company.
After moving to Chicago and performing all over the city, he realized that apartment communities were doing boring events and he wanted to fix that!
